Independent project assurance & forensic delay analysis in the UAE
We support owners, lenders and contractors across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates) with independent project controls, forensic delay analysis and EOT/quantum claims built to hold under FIDIC and in arbitration.
What we do in UAE
- Forensic delay analysis: TIA, windows and as-planned vs as-built, to the SCL Protocol and AACE RP-29R-03
- EOT, prolongation and disruption claims under FIDIC, prepared, interrogated or defended
- Primavera P6 schedule assurance: DCMA 14-point and GAO 9-point, monthly, not only at claim time
- Quantitative risk (QSRA) and independent programme assurance for owners and lenders
- Bid and tender programme assurance before you sign a FIDIC EPC contract

UAE in context
The UAE runs some of the most contractually intensive programmes in the world: rail, aviation, waterfront and mixed-use megaprojects delivered largely under the FIDIC Red, Yellow and Silver Books, with disputes resolved through DIAC, the DIFC-LCIA framework and the UAE courts. When a programme slips, entitlement turns on contemporaneous records, a defensible delay method and a clean baseline. Not on the strength of the argument.
That is where we work. We act solely for the appointing party, separating design-change and employer-caused delay from concurrent contractor causes, and structuring EOT, prolongation and disruption positions that survive scrutiny. On Hafeet Rail we delivered forensic windows analysis and EOT entitlement on a major rail programme in dispute (L&T–PowerChina JV); on Etihad Rail Stage 2 & 3 we provided independent systems assurance across construction and commissioning.
Questions we hear from UAE
Yes. We deliver forensic delay analysis and EOT/quantum claims support across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates) to the SCL Delay & Disruption Protocol and AACE standards, built to hold under FIDIC and in DIAC / DIFC arbitration.
Predominantly the FIDIC 1999 and 2017 suites (Red, Yellow, Silver Book), plus bespoke Emirati forms. We read entitlement through the actual mechanism and align it with the SCL Protocol.
Yes. And the earlier the better. We are most effective while the delay is live and records can still be fixed, but we also prepare and rebut claims at the tribunal stage.
