01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of projectassure.in and our proprietary intelligence tools (together, the "Site"), operated by Project Assure Private Limited, registered at No. 146, Gandhi Road, Tambaram West, Chennai 600045, India. By browsing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or using a tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02What the Site is (and is not)

The Site is an informational and marketing resource describing Project Assure's independent project-assurance practice (planning & controls, forensic delay and claims, engineering advisory, and infrastructure & real estate advisory) and providing access to our proprietary intelligence tools.

Browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or trying a tool does not, by itself, create a client relationship, a contract for professional services, or any duty of care between you and Project Assure. A formal advisory engagement is only established once both parties sign a written engagement letter or contract setting out its scope, fees and terms.

03No professional advice

Content on the Site (including practice descriptions, insight articles, case studies, tool outputs and FAQ answers) is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, contractual, engineering or financial advice for your specific project. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified, appropriately engaged professional who has reviewed the actual facts and records of your matter.

04Using our intelligence tools

Our tools (Schedule Intelligence, GenSched Intelligence, Risk Intelligence, Last Planner, Progress Intelligence, QS Intelligence) are provided to give you a fast, independent read on your own project data. Where a tool is browser-native, your uploaded file is processed locally and is not retained by us; where a tool requires server processing, that is disclosed on the tool's own page.

Tool outputs are automated diagnostics, not a substitute for expert review, and should not be treated as a final, defensible position (for example, in a claim or dispute) without review by a qualified principal. We do not accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of unreviewed tool output.

05Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, the Project Assure name and logo, and our proprietary tools and methodologies are the property of Project Assure Private Limited or our licensors, protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and download material from the Site for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content or our tools without our prior written consent.

06Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl or systematically extract content from the Site other than through standard search-engine indexing.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the underlying logic of our intelligence tools.
• Do not use the Site's forms, chat widget or booking system to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Do not upload to any tool data you are not authorised to share, or that infringes a third party's rights.

07Third-party links and services

The Site links to and integrates third-party services, including Zoho Bookings for scheduling, LinkedIn, and Google/Microsoft analytics tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

08Disclaimers

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep them accurate and available, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that tool outputs will be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project Assure Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools, including reliance on tool output without expert review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as liability for fraud).

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Project Assure Private Limited harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

11Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
