Owners and funders increasingly need an independent view of whether a programme’s own reporting still tells the truth, and contractors need entitlement preserved from day one.

We are that independent party. For the World Bank climate-hazard programme on the Tawi River (Jammu) we mapped approval dependencies onto the critical path, rebuilt the baseline to realistic lead times and produced a risk-adjusted P50/P80 programme for funder-grade reporting.
