Project Assure Private Limited is a project planning, controls and assurance consultancy headquartered in Chennai, serving owners, contractors and funders across India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Most large projects do not fail because the people on them are unskilled. They fail because the project's own mechanisms, the schedule, the risk register and the progress report, stop telling the truth long before anyone is willing to say so.
We work on that problem. Our planners, controls specialists and forensic analysts sit outside the delivery chain, test the programme against the evidence, and give owners, contractors and funders a view they can act on.

Extensive experience at the highest levels of government and infrastructure governance in Oman and the GCC, bringing regulatory, institutional and strategic insight to Gulf mandates.
