The challenge
A major rail programme in Oman entered significant dispute. Contested extension-of-time entitlement turned on separating design-change events from concurrent contractor causes.
Our approach
Project Assure produced a forensic windows (time-slice) analysis, characterising each critical-delay window against events and separating employer-risk design-change impacts from concurrent contractor-risk causes.
Outcome
Forensic windows analysis produced. Design-change impacts separated from concurrent contractor causes. EOT entitlement structured and substantiated.
Client details are withheld by agreement. Project Assure delivered this engagement under its own name.
