Project Planning & Controls Consultancy
Independent oversight, planning and forensic controls across the full project lifecycle, the schedule integrity, cost discipline and commercial rigour internal teams cannot objectively produce for themselves. We act solely for the appointing party, with a duty to the tribunal and the client.
What it delivers
Forensic delay analysis
Time Impact Analysis (TIA), as-planned vs as-built and windows analysis under the SCL Delay & Disruption Protocol and AACE RP-29R-03, built to hold in adjudication and arbitration.
EOT & delay/disruption claims
Preparation, interrogation and defence of extension-of-time, acceleration and prolongation claims under NEC4 and FIDIC, with entitlement narratives that survive scrutiny.
Primavera P6 schedule assurance
DCMA 14-point and GAO 9-point health checks, logic forensics, critical-path and float analysis, monthly, not only at claim time.
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Planned, earned and actual curves, SPI/CPI, and forecasts to completion that reconcile with the contemporaneous record.
Who it's for
- Owners, lenders and sponsors needing an independent second opinion on programme health
- Contractors preparing or defending EOT and delay claims
- PMOs where internal reporting has lost credibility or claims exposure is mounting
Frequently asked questions
What is forensic delay analysis?
Forensic delay analysis is the retrospective, evidence-based study of what actually delayed a project and who was responsible. We apply methods recognised by the SCL Protocol and AACE (Time Impact Analysis, windows and as-planned/as-built), grounded in the contemporaneous Primavera P6 record, so entitlement holds in negotiation, adjudication or arbitration.
Do you support EOT claims under FIDIC and NEC4?
Yes. We prepare and defend extension-of-time, acceleration and prolongation claims under both FIDIC and NEC4, from Clause 31/32 baselines through Clause 62 impact programmes and entitlement reports.
Are you independent of the contractor?
We act solely for the appointing party and are structurally independent of the corridor contractors, with a duty to the tribunal and to the client. Our positions are built to be defensible, not agreeable.
